Bu sayfa, Zapu Studio tarafından geliştirilen FriendTalk uygulamasındaki hesabını ve verilerini nasıl silebileceğini, nelerin silindiğini ve nelerin saklandığını anlatır.
1. Uygulamadan silme (önerilen)
- FriendTalk'ı aç ve giriş yap.
- Alttaki menüden Profil sekmesine git.
- Sayfanın en altındaki Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokun.
- Kimliğini doğrula: e-posta ile kayıt olduysan şifreni gir; Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptıysan o hesapla yeniden doğrulama yap.
- Kalıcı olarak sil'e dokun.
Silme işlemi hemen yapılır ve oturumun kapanır. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
- Apple ile açılmış bir hesabı silmek için uygulamayı iPhone veya iPad'de açman gerekir. Bu mümkün değilse aşağıdaki e-posta yolunu kullan.
- Devam eden bir arama varsa önce sonlandırılır.
- Uygulamayı telefondan kaldırmak hesabını silmez.
2. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan e-postayla talep
Uygulamaya giriş yapamıyorsan, hesabın askıya alındıysa veya cihazın yoksa, hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden crezapstudio@gmail.com adresine "FriendTalk hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. E-postaya şunları yaz:
- hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresi (Google/Apple ile girdiysen o hesabın e-postası),
- uygulamadaki görünen adın.
Talebi kayıtlı e-posta adresinden göndermen kimliğini doğrulamamızı kolaylaştırır; gerekirse ek doğrulama isteyebiliriz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirir ve sonucu e-postayla bildiririz.
3. Silinen veriler
- Hesabın ve giriş bilgilerin (e-posta, şifre, Google/Apple bağlantısı),
- profilin: görünen ad, yaş, cinsiyet, dil, tanıtım yazısı, tüm profil fotoğrafları,
- coin bakiyen ve coin hareketlerin, günlük görev ve ödül bilgilerin, davet kodun,
- arama geçmişin, favorilerin, engellediğin kişiler listesi, bildirim (cihaz) kayıtların,
- profiline bakanlar listesi ve senin başka profillere bakış kayıtların,
- başkalarının favori listelerindeki kaydın,
- gönderdiğin ve sana gelen tüm mesaj istekleri,
- sohbetlerde gönderdiğin fotoğraflar ve sesli mesajlar (dosyalar silinir, mesaj "kaldırıldı" olarak görünür),
- bu haftaki ve geçen haftaki hediye sıralamalarındaki kaydın.
Kalan coin'lerin silinir ve iade edilmez.
4. Saklanan veriler ve süreleri
Bazı bilgiler, karşı tarafın hakları, güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülükler nedeniyle silinmez:

Diğer kullanıcıların kendi hesaplarında tuttuğu kayıtlar (ör. onların arama geçmişi veya engellenenler listesi) onların hesabına aittir. Silinen veriler sistemlerimizden hemen kaldırılır; hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın teknik yedeklerinde kısa bir süre daha kalabilir.
5. Hesabı silmeden veri silme
- Profil fotoğrafı ve tanıtım yazısı: Profil → Profili düzenle bölümünden silebilir veya değiştirebilirsin.
- Arama geçmişi: kayıtları tek tek kaydırarak ya da tümünü temizleyerek silebilirsin.
- Favoriler ve engellenenler: ilgili listelerden kaldırabilirsin.
- Diğer verilerinin silinmesini istersen crezapstudio@gmail.com adresine yaz.

FriendTalk Account Deletion (English)

This page explains how to delete your account and data in the FriendTalk app developed by Zapu Studio, what is deleted and what is kept.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open FriendTalk and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm it is you: enter your password if you signed up with e-mail; if you signed in with Google or Apple, re-authenticate with that account.
- Tap Delete permanently.
Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out. It cannot be undone.
- To delete an account created with Apple, open the app on an iPhone or iPad. If that is not possible, use the e-mail option below.
- A call in progress is ended first.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
2. Request by e-mail if you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, your account is suspended or you no longer have the device, send an e-mail with the subject "FriendTalk account deletion" to crezapstudio@gmail.com from the e-mail address registered to your account, including:
- the e-mail address registered to your account (for Google/Apple sign-in, that account's e-mail),
- your display name in the app.
Sending the request from your registered address helps us verify it is you; we may ask for additional verification. We complete requests within 30 days at the latest and confirm by e-mail.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in data (e-mail, password, Google/Apple link);
- your profile: display name, age, gender, language, bio and all profile photos;
- your coin balance and coin transactions, daily task and reward data, invite code;
- your call history, favorites, list of blocked people, notification (device) records;
- your profile viewers list and records of your views of other profiles;
- your entries in other people's favorites;
- all message requests you sent or received;
- the photos and voice messages you sent in chats (the files are deleted and the message shows as removed);
- your entries on this week's and last week's gift leaderboards.
Your remaining coins are deleted and not refunded.
4. What is kept, and for how long
Some information is not deleted because of the other person's rights, safety and legal obligations:

Records other users keep in their own accounts (e.g. their call history or blocked list) belong to their accounts. Deleted data is removed from our systems immediately; it may remain in our providers' technical backups for a short time.
5. Deleting data without deleting your account
- Profile photos and bio: remove or change them under Profile → Edit profile.
- Call history: delete entries one by one by swiping, or clear all.
- Favorites and blocked people: remove them from the respective lists.
